A. We have two shops in the south of Tenerife where you can book all your Tenerife trips and tours. You will find us at our new travel centre on Avenida Amsterdam in the Oasis del Sur area of Los Cristianos, next to the Cristian Sur Apartments or our second office on Calle Gran Bretaña in San Eugenio, Costa Adeje. Alternatively, you can use this website to explore and book.
Q. What are your opening hours?
A. Our shops are open from 9am to 7pm Monday to Saturday or through our website where you can connect to an online operator from 9am to 7pm seven days per week

Q. How do I book my Tenerife Sunshine excursion?
A. The easiest and cheapest way is to book your Tenerife tour or excursion via our website. The booking process is straightforward and you can use all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) to make your purchase. In addition, if you book online you will make substantial savings, as all the excursions are discounted and if there are any price increases you will not incur these as you have booked at the current days price!
Q. How do I get my tickets for my Tenerife trips? We travel in just over a week.
A. Tickets are emailed within 24 hours so if you are travelling the next day there is still time to book! Print them, bring them with you and hand to the guide on the day.
Q. I have no printer but want to book things to do in Tenerife online. What can I do?
A. Tenerife Sunshine can fax your tickets.
Q. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
A. Tenerife Sunshine reserves the right to charge full fares for no shows. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a charge of 50% of fare.
Q. What are the child ages on Tenerife trips? Would you pay for a one-year-old?
A. Generally under 2's are free on our trips. 2-12 years are generally classified as children on most tours, however there are exceptions on some Tenerife tours.
Q. I would like to book some things to do in Tenerife do you collect and deliver from Puerto de Santiago?
A. Yes, bookings must be made in the section titled “Excursions from Los Gigantes and West Coast” on the website, where you can see all the trips that are available from the area.
Q. Do you have any tours based out of Puerto de La Cruz?
A. If you have a look at the "Puerto de la Cruz Excursions" section on the website, you can see all the trips that are available from the north of the island.
Q. Do you pick up in the resorts or do I have to make my own travel arrangements for any of your Tenerife tours?
A. Yes we do! Depending on the excursion, there are pickups local to most hotels in the south. When you receive the tickets, your pickup is confirmed along with the time.
Q Is my payment secure?
A. Yes, our entire site is secured using https and all payment data is encrypted.
Q. How do I get to Jungle Park?
A. There is a free bus that runs through Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos daily. If you are staying in Los Gigantes, Playa Paraíso, Callao Salvaje, La Caleta there is a bus on a Tuesday but this requires advance booking. If you are staying in Puerto de la Cruz or Las Caletillas there is a bus that will collect you on Thursday with advance booking.
Q. Which is the best water park for children and which the best for adults?
A. Siam Park has been voted the best water park in Europe and is sure to create memorable experiences. However, height restrictions do apply to most rides and is therefore more suited to children over 8 years of age although there is a toddler area within the park. Aqualand has no height restrictions. It has slides, waterfalls, pools and amusements for children of all ages to spend fun time and, most of all, it is safe.
Q. How can I get permission for climbing to the top of Teide?
A. Our Teide Trekking tours include permits however if you require one separately you can get a permit online here or alternatively, contact our office and we will help you complete the paperwork. You will need to supply us with a copy of your passport. It is recommended that you get your access permit as soon as possible as, due to the heavy demand in the summer period, the daily licences are issued very quickly.
Q. I am looking to book a boat trip to spot dolphins and whales. Can you tell me where the trip departs from and if I can get there by public transport?
A. Most of our whale and dolphin trips leave from Puerto Colon in Las Americas, however if you book your tickets online and give us your accommodation details, we will inform you about pickup details on the ticket
Q. I am arriving on cruise ship for one day. What tours are available from Santa Cruz?
A. Have a look on the Cruise Excursions section. All the excursions are available 7 days a week for a minimum of four people per booking
Q. Can I reserve a shore excursion prio
A. You can reserve shore excursions for your voyage before you depart on your cruise. Just log on to our website and you’ll be able to secure your place on any of the shore excursions offered in the port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
Q. Are the tours in English?
A. All the guided tours that we offer include local English-speaking as well as multilingual guides including Spanish, French German, Russian who are very knowledgeable of the areas they visit and offer hints and tips that visitors making trips on their own could miss.
